Pear and Elderflower Martini

I was at a party once and a friend had brought some Absolut Pear vodka and was mixing it with cranberry juice and sprite. While this was an alright combination, I knew there had to be something that would compliment the wonderful flavor of the pear much better.

I found that answer in the Pear & Elderflower Martini  A mixture of St. Germain, Absolut Pear vodka, and lemon juice compliment each other nicely in this lovely, floral drink-perfect for spring!

Recipe

  • 2 oz St. Germain
  • 1 1/2 oz Pear Vodka
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice

Shake with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass.

Hey, IC HP fans!

IT’S MY BIRTHDAY TODAY! LET’S DO THIS!

This beautiful sea green drink is a fishbowl. In bars its sometimes served in an actual fishbowl with Swedish Fish, but I’m not that fancy.
This is a huge strong drink, so lightweights beware. It is really sweet and you can barely taste the booze though, so it’s great for those friends who “don’t like the taste of alcohol.”
Recipe
2 oz vodka
2 oz coconut rum
2 oz blue curacao
3 oz sweet and sour mix
pineapple juice
sprite
In a glass, pitcher, large mason jar, or fish bowl put in the vodka, coconut rum, blue curacao and sweet and sour mix. Fill the rest up with equal parts pineapple juice and sprite, don’t bother measuring, it can be anywhere from a splash to a pour, it’ll all taste good.
This recipe can be multiplied and would make a great party punch! Just keep the right proportions!
